CA Technologies buys Watchmouse for cloud monitoring
CA Technologies is purchasing WatchMouse, a maker of SaaS-based tools for monitoring mobile and on-demand applications, the company announced Friday. Terms were not disclosed. The WatchMouse technology is sold via subscription and will be rolled into CA's portfolio of application monitoring tools. It will serve as a lower-cost, subscription-based alternative for customers who want to track application performance but don't need an extensive suite of capabilities, CA said.
